DEPOSITPOLICY
All appointments require a deposit, no exceptions.
You can pay a deposit in cash at the studio or via Paypal.
The Paypal address for deposits is drfeelgoodtattoos@hotmail.com
When sending a deposit please include the name you booked under, the appointment date and time in the notes of the transaction.
Deposits are non refundable. If you need to rearrange an appointment due to an emergency please contact the studio and we will be able to transfer your deposit to a new appointment. (requires 72hrs notice)
We can only accept cancellations in written form so you must send us a message to cancel/rearrange your appointment.
This can be done on any of our social media pages which are linked on our homepage.
You WILL lose your deposit if you cancel with less than 72hrs notice or no show.
If you have booked an appointment and we have asked you to leave a deposit, please note the appointment will not be yours until the deposit is paid. We have experienced no shows, last minute cancellations or just being ignored in regards to deposits. As a small independent business your appointments are peoples wages & we don't have time to chase people for deposits due to how busy we are.
We will no longer be able to hold appointments without deposits for anyone.
